Our current processing times are listed in each item. The processing times are not a delivery turnaround, shipping time will always be additional to our processing time! Please message us if you have an exact need by date that is sooner than 2 weeks from your order date, and we'll be more than happy to help!

5 out of 5 starsMy daughter loved the sweatshirt!! It is Gilman and very soft and cozy. I requested a mock-up and received it the next day. The final product arrived in about a week. The tracking information wasn’t current but be patient…your order IS in process! Would definitely order from this seller again!!

Guaranteed BY Christmas
As much as we would love to guarantee BY Christmas. We cannot this year. USPS is very overwhelmed with packages, and short staffed due to Covid. We are seeing many packages with tracking showing Arriving Late. Unfortunately we have no control over this update. Please keep this information in mind when ordering / tracking your order.
Please be kind to us, as well as the post office this holiday season. We are all working extremely hard on making your holidays as special as possible.
**We cannot offer refunds due to late transit times**
Again, during the months of November & December we cannot guarantee any sort of delivery dates. A refund will not be issued due to a package arriving late.

Processing Time
CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE ABOUT 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS. Our processing times are always an ESTIMATE. We recommend to order at least 2 WEEKS before your need-by date. If you need it sooner than two weeks, please message us for rush options!
We try our absolute best to get all packages in the mail as quickly as we humanly can (keep in mind we hand print every order to your request, by hand, one by one). During the holiday season, we can get up to a 5-8 business day processing time to make and ship out your orders.
If you have any questions regarding our current processing time, shoot us an Etsy message! If you have a quick turnaround, or need by a specific date - message us as well! We'll try our best to accommodate, or give you options.
Cancelations / Refunds
Since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel / make any changes to the actual shirt color / size.
If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation. Mistakes do happen, as we are only human, and we will fix any issue that is of our fault.
